Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was quite pleasant. the Deluxe King Room offered ample space and comfort after a long day of exploring Cheltenham. While the dinner service had a hiccup, the attentive staff at breakfast genuinely aimed to please. I recommend making dinner reservations well in advance to avoid waits.

The restaurant suffers from severe understaffing during peak hours!!! Food quality and variety need urgent attention, particularly given the high prices. It’s perplexing how a hotel of this caliber can overlook basic guest needs!!!

Family with children looking for comfort
The breakfast buffet was something else, plenty of options to fill you up before we hit the road again, and I could tell my daughter loved the pancakes. Plus, the staff were super friendly, and I swear I got the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel, I mean it felt like sleeping on a cloud.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
